The process begins with the vehicle and a clearly agreed conversion specification. We work with the dealer to confirm the intended layout, finishes, equipment and optional upgrades, while considering the vehicle’s target market and final retail position. Once everything is agreed, the full build scope and pricing are confirmed before the conversion is scheduled.
Build Scheduling
Once the specification is agreed, a dedicated build slot is reserved and a clear production schedule is confirmed. Our streamlined process, proven layouts and carefully managed supply chain are designed to deliver industry-leading build times without compromising on finish or attention to detail. Trade partners receive an estimated completion date from the outset, along with updates as the conversion progresses.
Conversion
With the vehicle booked in, the conversion is completed to the agreed specification using proven layouts, carefully selected components and consistent build methods. Every stage is carried out with close attention to fit, finish and long-term durability, with quality checks completed throughout the build to ensure the finished van is ready for dealer preparation and retail.
Dealer Handover
Once the conversion is complete, the vehicle undergoes a final quality check against the agreed specification before handover. We then walk the trade partner through the finished build, key systems and any relevant documentation, ensuring the van is ready to return to the dealership for preparation, advertising and retail sale.
